PathForward Education provides an online platform where individuals can purchase reentry education curriculum programs to be delivered to incarcerated individuals at correctional facilities. We act as the provider and distributor of educational materials.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using an accepted payment method. You are responsible for ensuring all order information, including recipient details and facility address, is accurate.

5. Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe of 7–14 business days. However, delivery times may vary based on facility mail processing procedures and policies. PathForward is not responsible for delays caused by correctional facilities, postal services, or incorrect information provided by the purchaser.

6. Facility Restrictions

While our curriculum is designed to comply with most facility guidelines, individual correctional facilities may have specific restrictions on incoming materials. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify that the facility accepts educational materials. PathForward is not liable if materials are refused or confiscated by a facility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, curriculum materials, and software, is the property of PathForward Education and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathForward Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, inability to use our services, or any errors or omissions in our content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PathForward Education, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
